Scenario based eLearning designed to improve hospital staff call light response. 

This course was created with input from an SME on staff at a local hospital. Call light response data showed a major concern with how and when staff were responding to patient call lights.

Brand consistency is about being recognizable, establishing trust, and communicating personality. Brand consistency also increases employee trust and buy-in to the learning materials. 

This style guide was approved by the SME prior to course creation.

In scenario based eLearning courses, learners are able to make decisions and then immediately see the effect of their choices. This provides invaluable feedback that can assist in training effectiveness on the job. 

engaging learning experience

In this course, learners are motivated with immediate recognition of correct call light responses via 5 red hearts. The learner will gain a red heart after each correct decision. The goal? Five red hearts by the end of their shift!
